Methods & Rates

• United States: $10 flat rate via USPS for standard orders.

• International: contact us for a custom quote before ordering.

Processing Times

• In-stock/standard items: typically ship 1–3 business days after payment clears.

• Custom runs: timelines confirmed on your quote/approval.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking will be provided when the label is created. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Title and risk pass to you when the carrier accepts the package.

Address Issues & Re-Shipments

Please verify your address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, re-shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

Report damage or non-delivery within 7 days of the stated delivery date and include photos for damage. We’ll assist with a carrier claim and work toward a replacement where applicable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. Custom and rush orders are final.
