Return Policy

Overview

Most of our items are custom and/or intended for direct skin contact. For safety and quality control, we do not accept returns except when we make a mistake (e.g., we ship the incorrect item).

If We Shipped the Wrong Item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. In most cases, we’ll ask you to keep the incorrect item, and we’ll ship the correct one at no cost to you.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, notify us within 7 days of the stated delivery date. For damage, include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a carrier claim and arrange a replacement when possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Opened or used body-contact items

  • Items not purchased directly from our website

  • Clearance/final-sale items (if offered)

Refunds vs. Replacements

Our primary remedy is replacement. If a replacement isn’t possible (e.g., discontinued design), we may issue a refund to your original payment method for the affected item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Additional Notes

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout; re-shipping fees may apply for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

  • Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. Custom and rush orders are final.
