By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before we ship. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (any captured payment will be refunded).

2) Custom & High-Volume Orders

Custom designs and large runs (typically 5,000–20,000 units) are quoted individually via our contact form. Once approved, custom orders are final and non-cancelable.

3) Product Details

We strive for accurate product info. Minor color/material variances can occur due to screen differences, print lots, or manufacturing tolerances.

4) Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders ship after payment clears. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts the package. See our Shipping Policy for methods, timing, and fees.

5) Intellectual Property & Supplied Artwork

You warrant that any artwork/logos you provide are licensed for our production. You grant us a limited license to use them for fulfilling your order. We retain rights to our production methods, templates, site content, and brand assets.

6) Acceptable Use

Do not use our site or products for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.

7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

8) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products, including IP claims related to your supplied designs.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue: Denton County, Texas.
